Details:
99% lean ground chicken
shredded lettuce
pico de gallo
sliced & sautรฉed peppers, onions & tomatoes
cauliflower tortillas (which I made into chips)
low carb, high fiber soft shells
whatever other toppings you like!
I season the cauliflower tortillas first then bake them at 350/375 degrees while cooking everything else. Then break them into chip sized pieces. ๐
