I know it can be dreadful thinking of new, creative & healthy recipes to come up with every week! I am here to help lessen that burden!

Details:

  • 99% lean ground chicken

  • shredded lettuce

  • pico de gallo

  • sliced & sautรฉed peppers, onions & tomatoes

  • cauliflower tortillas (which I made into chips)

  • low carb, high fiber soft shells

  • whatever other toppings you like!

I season the cauliflower tortillas first then bake them at 350/375 degrees while cooking everything else. Then break them into chip sized pieces. ๐Ÿ˜‹
