TB Strength
Combines body weight & weight training exercises to build lean toned muscles, improve overall strength, promote proper posture, and create a strong core.
FITNESS LEVEL

EQUIPMENT
Class format will vary, the most you will need is:
light (3-5 lbs) & moderate (5-15 lbs) dumbbells (or equivalent household items)

HIIT TB
Alternating combinations of high-intensity cardio with strength training, creates maximal calorie burn during and post-workout. Helps build lean strong muscles to promote increased metabolism.

Your core is your foundation! A strong core is essential for optimum daily movement, proper form, posture, stability, and allowing you to perform at the highest level during your workouts! Here you will focus on strengthening and toning your entire core.

Stretch out those hard-working muscles, improve flexibility, gain mobility, and work on your breathing in these 10-20 minute stretch classes. Flowing through a series of dynamic stretches and static holds, we will focus on improving flexibility while firing up the core.
