Pomegranate Berry Jam

A delicious, healthy & easy topping to add to your pancakes, waffles, yogurt or enjoy by itself!

Must try deliciousness!

Ingredients:

+ 1 cup of fresh rinsed blueberries

+ 1 cup of fresh rinsed blackberries

+ 3/4 cup of fresh rinsed pomegranate seeds

+ 3/4 cup of water

+ 1 tbsp vanilla extract

+ 1 tbsp of your preferred sweetener

+ cinnamon to your liking

dEATS:

  1. Rinse all fruit & then add to a small/medium-sized pot.

  2. Add in the water, vanilla extract, sweetener & cinnamon.

  3. Bring heat to med/high, cover the pot and let the water boil.

  4. Once the water has boiled, lower heat, remove the lid & stir occasionally until fruit becomes a thick jam-like consistency.
