Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Perfect for your next snack or healthy dessert!
// Details:
+ preheat oven to 350 degrees & then line and spray a baking sheet.
+ Lightly blend together (until evenly mixed):
2 bananas
1 scoop of protein powder (optional, but I always love adding in protein when I can!)
1/2c egg whites
1 tbsp sweetener of choice
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup of plain uncooked oats
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
+ use a medium sized spoon to scoop batter onto baking sheet.
+ cook for 15/20 mins or until lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
